Below are instructions explaining the order fulfillment process.

Before You Place Your Order
Answer: You will find the pdf version of the Individual Courses catalog at the HOME PAGE at the website. You can also just scroll down the Individual Courses page at the site to view the course titles, a brief description, a link to the test and the textbook, and the Add To Cart button.
Answer: Check our Home Page, and you’ll find we are OASAS and AIHCP approved for continuing education courses. Check with your state’s licensing or certification board to make sure our courses meet your continuing education needs.
Placing Your Order
Answer: Once you have decided which course(s) or program you want, you can place and pay for it by
- You use the order form included with the Individual Courses Catalog then send it along with a check or money order for the amount to the address indicated; or
- You can click on the Add To Cart button and pay by credit or debit card. While PayPal processes card orders you do not have to have an account with them to place your order.
Answer: Click the ISBN number which can be located on the face sheet of the printed version of the test or click on the ISBN number found on the description of the course you want to order on the Individual Courses page.
Answer: Once we receive notice of your order, we can email you the test(s) as an attached pdf file.
Each test has a face sheet providing a link and password to the test online.
Order Fulfillment
Answer: There are three different strategies you can use to get the best results.
- Read the book then take the test; or
- Read the first question on the test then from the beginning read the book until you find the answer. Keep doing that until you run out of questions; or
- After printing out the test use it as a study guide as you read the book.
When you have done that transfer the answers from the printed version to the online test.
Answer: If you have taken the test online, click Submit when you are done. I'll automatically get the results in my Inbox. If you have taken the test in paper/pen format you can send the answer sheets and evaluation form as an email attachment, as a fax, or via regular mail. Even if you take the test online a complete evaluation form would be greatly appreciated.
Answer: After I receive your test results automatically if you take the test online, otherwise I’ll score your test and get 70% or better and you’ll receive your certificate(s) usually the same day. The certificate will come as an email attachment unless you make a special request that we snail-mail you a copy.
